Brian Lynch - Few performers in the world of jazz music have such a rich and varied career palette as trumpeter Brian Lynch. Brian moved to New York in late 1981 and rapidly made inroads on the New York music scene and the international music world. Amongst others, he worked with giants like the legendary latin master Eddie Palmieri and Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers, but he also recorded and performed with such pop music luminaries as Maxwell and Prince. Brian's position as a Messenger alumnus and his continuing collaboration with other graduates of the Blakey "University of Jazz" underscores his significance as an figure in his own right, leading his own groups and being in demand as a featured artist all over the world. Brian has recorded several CDs wich received critical acclaim.
